Use of unauthorized IPAs, jailbroken devices or "hacking" tools is explicitly banned by our Terms of Service, and can result in a permanent ban from the game. This is for two reasons:


1) To provide a stable and fun game for all players, which requires a tuned in-game economy, varied game design and compelling rewards

2) To protect players from potentially malicious software that claims to give free currency  

We take security very seriously, both for the game and for our players. If you have any concerns or questions about exploits, please contact Pixowl Support with the details, and we'll make sure it gets looked at.

Please note that Support cannot comment on disciplinary actions against specific players, or actions taken to limit exploits.
