Yes, if you have created a game account using GameCenter, Email or Facebook, you can launch the game on another device and get back your saved progress.

When you link your new install to your account, you will be shown a message box allowing you to choose between your Local and Remote save.

If you want to continue with your old game; Choose to load the Remote Save
