If you are currently having sound issues these are a few things you might like to check:

1.Make sure that the sound on your device is at the maximum level by pressing on the volume button you can see the level being displayed in the screen.

2. If you still have no sound, inside the game on the main menu screen you can tap on settings and make sure that the "sound" level indicator in the game is at a good level.

3. If the problems persist in this case we recommend you to connect your game either to Facebook, Game Center (if you are using iPhone) or to Google Play (If on Android) This way you won't lose your progress and then we advise to reinstall the game.
