Using the Switch Module

The Switch Module works in the same way as the Pulsar module. The difference is that instead of a single electro when you activate it, it sends multiple electros, just like the battery element, until it is deactivated again. In other words the E.Switch is a battery that Brainiac can turn on and off.

Here I combined E.Multis with fire and attached them to the contraption at the back to create rocket engines. When the Switch Module is turned on by Brainiac, the E.Multis will release fire until the Switch Module is turned off again.

Another cool thing is that, just like the battery element, you can control the speed that the electros are released from the E.Switch by holding it for three seconds with your finger.

Using E.Blocks and the E.Block Switch

In the final part of this guide, we will be looking at using the E.Block and E.Block Switch elements.

The E.Block is a solid element that can be opened or closed (or turned on or off). There are many uses for the E.Block, not just for Brainiac contraptions. I'm sure you'll experiment and find some.

Here we will be using the E.Block and E.Block Switch to create a door for Brainiac to enter and leave his spaceship.

  • The blue circular elements you see above are the E.Blocks.
  • The blue square you see below the E.Blocks is the E.Block Switch. This needs to be touching at least one of the E.Blocks you want it to activate.
  • You can also see that we have attatched the E.Block Switch to a Pulsar Module, wired in with metal.
  • When an electro is delivered to the E.Block Switch from the Pulsar Module, the E.Blocks will open or close.

We're done.

There we have it, a fully functional, weaponised Brainiac contraption.

When you use the contraption, the coloured buttons on the screen correspond with the colours on the contraption. The blue button activates the blue pulsar module (weapon). The Green button activates the green Switch Module (rocket engines). The red button activates the red Pulsar Module (E.Block Switch).
