Tap on the Inventory button (the Backpack) at the top of your screen.

You will see an "Upgrade your inventory!" box at the bottom of the screen indicating the items required to upgrade it.

Once you have all the items, tap on the "Upgrade" button at the bottom of the window.

You need to have the required items to do this, or pay their price in Gems instead
